Restaurant “1606” complements the resort accommodation beautifully, offering exceptional local food created in a vibrant restaurant.
The open kitchen allows dinners the opportunity to observe the chefs and kitchen staff in action. 1606 can also cater for large events of up to 60 (seated) or 100 persons for a casual cocktail function. Open from 7.00am, starting the day with a tropical buffet breakfast for guests until closing when the last diners say good night.
The restaurant hosts an array of entertainment through out the year from international performers to our very talented local musicians.
Chief's Outdoor Bar
The fully serviced outdoor Chiefs bar is conveniently located next to the pool for the "big chiefs" to enjoy while the "little chiefs" play in the pool.
